David is a guitar instructor and graduate student at Columbia University Teachers College where he is a candidate for a Masters of Education degree in Music.  At Teachers College, David has been studying the constructivist educational philosophies of John Dewey, Maxine Greene and Jerome Bruner.  "I have learned so much about the psyche of the music student through my studies and teaching experience.  Every student is unique and I structure my lesson plans around your unique perspective and background.  Music lessons should be fun, inspiring, relaxing, inventive, therapeutic, and informative.  Let me show you how I believe every student can become excited about learning the guitar."
